Yeo-Leong & Peh, the predecessor of Yeo-Leong & Peh LL, was first established in 1987 as a partnership which has developed significantly over the years to become one of the larger law corporations in Singapore today with about 200 employees comprising lawyers and support staff. The firm’s principal departments include Banking Litigation and Debt Recovery, Corporate and Financial Services, Real Estate Services, General Litigation, Family Law Centre, Immigration and Employment Law, Intellectual Property and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
In early 1997, the firm established a Shanghai office specialising in advising overseas clients on their China-related transactions ranging from foreign direct investment, property, intellectual property, corporate finance to banking and other corporate and commercial matters. With its head office in Singapore, the firm also assists PRC companies to list or invest in Singapore and to expand into overseas markets, including the Southeast Asia region.
