Job Title: Facilities Manager, based in Shanghai
• To implement the Commercial contract between the Client and Johnson Controls ensuring that all Financial & Operationally SLA objectives, Reporting Requirements, Scorecard targets and similar are achieved in full
• Drive and Lead the Account team to ensure that the above objectives are achieved in the most efficient and professional manner
• To develop, manage and implement Facilities Management Service delivery, maintaining operational and commercial compliance with the Client and Johnson Controls’ expectations, with day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of Facilities Management operations

REQUIREMENT
Experience Requirement:
• 5-10 years managerial experience within the Facilities Industry
• Strong IT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with Lotus Notes beneficial
• Project Management experience
• Experience with creating and working within a Budget (CAPEX, OPEX etc)
• Experience with the preparation of various Reports
• Sound knowledge of Cost Controls
• Tertiary qualification ideal – Business, Management, Facilities, Financial, Sales, Technical related
• Procurement experience
• Contractor Management experience

FINANCE MANAGER

Based in Shanghai HQ office
Report to: Business Controller China

Responsibilities:
Take care of all aspects of statutory reporting under PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
Ensure accounting and reporting are accurately, timely prepared and consolidated, submitted according to both local and US requirements;
Design and implement internal controls and country specific accounting policies/procedures;
Drive re-engineering of financial processes including centralization of the China financial processing functions;
Be responsible for coordination with local tax authorities and other government authorities, advise management on tax issues/changes;
Be responsible for treasury to ensure China operations are financed at lower costs and high efficiency;
Ensure full compliance of SOX in this role
Coach, develop and build a strong credible finance team;
Keep management informed of important financial issues

Requirements:
University degree majored in accounting;
CET-4 as minimum;
CPA and ERP knowledge preferred;
Minimum four years experience in Finance Manager’s position in multinational manufacturing companies;
Good interpersonal skills and leadership;
Detail, result oriented and able to deliver under pressure

Job Summary:
Maintain a sound accounting system to ensure an accurate, timely and completed accounting TB.

Job Description:
Ensure the data in accounting system is compliance to the CHINA law
Responsible for periodic closing and reporting based on local PRC GAAP
Oversee accounting processes including billing, payables, payroll and month-end closing, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and account analysis
Direct activities pertaining to preparation of monthly financial statement to local authorities, as well as to headquarter at required time
Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews
